Projections
As a consequence of going through life with a heart that is well protected, ones beliefs and assumptions are to be mistrusted. The mind, even though it is limitless in its creative power, cannot replace the heart. What one thinks or feels should be subject to a constant examination because the foundation of the thoughts and feelings are created by the mind whose sole purpose is to make sure that our physical body survives long enough to reproduce. In its desperate attempt to do this, it projects onto the world realities that might be founded on false hopes and desires.
